Loaded Cafe Norwalk is a family-owned breakfast and brunch restaurant at 12245 Imperial Hwy, Norwalk, CA 90650, on Imperial Highway near the Norwalk Civic Center. We blend classic American breakfast with the Mexican dishes Southern California grew up on: chilaquiles sautéed in red or green sauce, machaca and chorizo breakfast burritos, quesabirria tacos, stacked pancakes, brioche French toast and giant conchas from our bakery. Everything is cooked to order from opening until closing, so breakfast is on the menu from the moment we open until we close. Our newest cafe, Norwalk shares its space with our sister bakery My Panecito, so fresh conchas and Mexican sweet bread are baked right next door.
Loaded Cafe opened its first location in Long Beach in 2012 and now has ten cafes across Los Angeles and Orange County. The Norwalk cafe serves neighbors from Norwalk, Santa Fe Springs, La Mirada, Cerritos and Downey, and is a regular stop for weekend family brunch, weekday breakfast meetings and post-game pancakes.
What to order
- Chilaquiles: freshly fried tortilla chips in our famous red spicy, red mild, green spicy or green mild sauce. Try the Asada Chilaquiles Plate or the Crunchy Chicken Enchilada.
- Breakfast burritos and tortas: Machaca Breakfast Burrito, Sausage Breakfast Burrito, Chorizo Torta and the Sirloin Torta on grilled telera bread.
- Pancakes, crepes, waffles and French toast: Strawberry Cheesecake pancakes, Dulce de Leche Stuffed French Toast, Strawberry Banana Nutella crepes, Chicken and Waffles and seasonal specials like Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake Stuffed French Toast.
- Classic combos: Original Breakfast (two eggs, bacon or sausage, two buttermilk pancakes), Loaded Steak and Eggs, Country Fried Steak and Eggs, Biscuits and Gravy.
- Drinks: horchata, iced and hot lattes, fresh strawberry lemonade, smoothies and milkshakes.
