At Loaded Cafe, all orders are freshly prepared and dispatched for immediate consumption. Please review our delivery policy below:

1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver within selected serviceable locations. Availability is determined at checkout based on your address.

2. Delivery Timelines
Orders are typically delivered within the estimated time shown at checkout. However, delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, high order volumes, or other unforeseen factors.

3. Delivery Charges
Delivery fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

4. Order Processing
All orders are prepared immediately after confirmation. Once placed, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

5. Delays
While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur. Loaded Cafe is not liable for delays caused by external factors, including third-party delivery partners.

6. Failed Deliveries
If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery or provides incorrect/incomplete address details, the order will be considered fulfilled and will not be eligible for refund or redelivery.

7. Contactless Delivery
Contactless delivery options may be available. Customers are responsible for collecting their order promptly upon arrival.

8. Quality Upon Delivery
We ensure all items leave our kitchen in optimal condition. Any issues must be reported immediately at the time of delivery or pickup.

9. Third-Party Platforms
Orders placed through third-party platforms (e.g., delivery apps) are subject to their respective policies in addition to ours.
